What is the Warranty Period for Products Purchased from ASSA Furniture?
We provide a 12-month warranty for all brand new products purchased from ASSA Furniture. The warranty period starts from the date of collection or delivery of the goods.
What Does the Warranty Cover?
The warranty covers the replacement or repair of any product that has a manufacturing or material defect that is not the result of normal wear and tear or a natural characteristic of the material used.
What Does the Warranty Not Cover?
Normal wear and tear
Products used for commercial purposes
Products sold as seconds, floor stock, ex-display, or those with defects noted before purchase
Damage occurring during self-transportation of the goods
Insignificant or minor variations in dimensions, color, grain, or finish
Products not used or maintained according to the manufacturer's instructions
How Do I Claim the Warranty?

Returns & Exchanges

What is Your Returns Policy?
Due to the substantial labor and resources required to store, pick, assemble, and transport furniture, we do not offer free returns if you change your mind. If you are not happy with your product, we can organize a return at your expense and provide an in-store credit or refund minus a discretionary admin and restocking fee.
If your product is faulty or has been damaged in transit, we will offer to repair, replace, or refund your product, depending on the nature of the issue and other relevant factors.
Can I Cancel My Order?
You can cancel your order for a full refund or credit if:
- It has been less than 24 hours (or 1 business day) since purchase and goods have not been dispatched or booked for collection/delivery.
- Your personalized shipping quotation is too costly.
The lead time quoted by our online sales team after purchase is not suitable. However, if you accept the lead time and later decide to cancel after reasonable delays or because you've changed your mind, we may charge a discretionary admin fee.
Can I Return a Product If I Change My Mind?
Yes, if you change your mind, you can return the product within 30 days of receiving it. We will issue you a store credit or process an exchange.
What Are the Conditions for Returning a Product?
Products returned for an exchange must be in their original packaging and not used, assembled, damaged, or washed.
What Are the Exclusions for Returns and Exchanges?
- Deciding you cannot afford the item after placing the order
- The product not fitting into your house or the intended space
- Gift cards
- Mattresses
- Products sold as seconds, floor stock, ex-display
- Products assembled on delivery or installed by us or our contractors
- Delivery fees are non-refundable
