Collections are only available in Homebush West from our warehouse at C12/161 Arthur St, Homebush West NSW 2140.

Products available in our warehouse are usually ready for collection within 24 hours of order placement.

After receiving your Collection Confirmation Email, you have 14 days to collect your products. Uncollected items after this period may incur storage fees.

Collections are available from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM. No collections available on Sunday.

Bring along your Collection Confirmation Email and a valid ID during pickup. You may be required to sign upon collection.

If someone else or a courier company is collecting on your behalf, please let us know so the order can be collected hassle-free.

Yes, we provide a delivery service. Pick-up available in Homebush West within  1- 3 working days or delivery is available within 3-5 working days for an extra fee in the Sydney CBD area Only.

Items in stock will be dispatched within 1-3 weeks, depending on your location. Items on order or online only will be dispatched 1-3 weeks from when they arrive in our ASSA Furniture Warehouse. To see lead times on these products, contact a member of our Support team.

Delivery Only: $100 for 1 item, $130-$150 for two-four items within 20 km of postcode 2140. For more than 4 items, a quote is required. 

Policy: Deliveries arranged by the warehouse, with customers contacted at least one day prior. Specific delivery times provided on the morning of delivery. Customers must be present to accept delivery; otherwise, a second delivery fee applies. Assembly and packaging removal not included in standard delivery fee.

Delivery & Assemble: $150 for 1 item, and $50-$70 for each extra item within 20 km of postcode 2140.
